Published in line with the American Rescue Plan "ARP" Guideline. The Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) Aid Grant Application solution enables a fast, transparent and compliant HEERF student aid application process for both students and institutions of higher education. This process is initiated when the student submits their application to receive emergency aid grants through a form aligned with the requirements outlined by the U.S. Department of Education. Once submitted, the emergency aid office gets notified for review and approval. The process workflow allows institutions to set up criteria for the aid amount and prioritization of students with exceptional needs as required under the federal stimulus funds. The application form and uploaded documents are automatically saved to the Laserfiche repository.
