Description
As soon as the request form is submitted by the hiring manager, it is routed to the Strategic partner team to perform costing allocation, then routes to the HR team. After the HR team reviews it, the process automatically, creates criminal background check pdf, and emails the document to relevant people. The process autogenerates several email notifications instead of manual emails saving time and money. The process integrates with database in the backend to pull information on the form. By automating the New Student Hire Process, it saved the department 25.95 hours per week, $220.21 per week
