The ID card request process is used to submit requests for ordering employee and student ID cards. As soon as the form is submitted by the requestor, it integrates with Cloud Card to send the employee/student the link to upload their ID photo online. The process routes to the back-office step for review. After back-office review, the process saves the form in the repository with associated metadata. The process integrates with Cloud Card API to automatically send emails for online upload of the photo. There were 25,392 instances of the ID card Forms process that were processed through Laserfiche from May 15, 2025, until August 29, 2025. With their previous solution, they received the forms via email, and then they had to save them in a shared file. They would then have to move them to a shared photo file once the photo was approved and then move them to a completed file once the cards were printed. This was strenuous and had room for a lot of human error. They also had to manually type everything in an excel sheet for billing. By automating the process in Laserfiche, they no longer had to do the manual parts because they were able to pull a report with the information needed for billing from Laserfiche Forms.
