Laserfiche Once a member from the public submits a special events request form, the request is sent to an events manager who either approves or rejects the form. If more information is needed, the request is sent to an events coordinator team member who can reach out to the requester for more details or cancel the request. Once approved, rejected, or canceled, the form will be saved to the repository and the requester will be notified of the decision.

Laserfiche Repository
Approved special event requests are saved in
\Business Process Library\Approved\Event Registration. Rejected requests are saved in \Business Process Library\Rejected\Event Registration. Canceled requests are saved in \Business Process Library\Canceled\Event Registration.
Additional Considerations
Laserfiche Forms Public Portal: This process was built to be used with a Laserfiche Forms Public Portal, so that external users (special events requesters) can submit forms.
