This process consists of two Laserfiche Forms processes which work together in order to help track inventory amounts for items that are being stocked, as well as for items that are being shipped or removed from stock. Laserfiche Workflow processes run in the background to update the inventory, where inventory items are represented as folders in the Laserfiche repository. Metadata on the folders keep track of item information such as stock, location, etc. An inventory manager can make approvals as users make requests for inventory items to be shipped out or hand carried.

Submitted materials requests are stored in \Business Process Library\Inventory.
