Participants
Clerk's Office: Reviews the renewal for completeness and then prints out sends the new license to the business owner
Business Owner: Submits the Business License Renewal form.
Laserfiche Repository
The workflow searches the folder at Business Process Library\Business License Applications\Approved for licenses about to expire. It then routes the licenses to Business Process Library\Business License Applications\Renewal Pending.
Additional Considerations
Laserfiche Forms Portal: This process requires Laserfiche Forms Portal, so that external users (business owners) can submit forms.
