Once an applicant submits a pet license application, the Animal Care Services Admin reviews it. If more information is needed, the Animal Care Services Admin rejects the application and an automated rejection email is sent to the applicant with comments. If the application is accepted, the City Clerk provides a final review. The applicant is notified of final approval or rejection. One month before the license expires, a workflow sends an email to the applicant to remind them to renew the pet license.

All approved applications are saved in Business Process Library\Pet License\[Owner Name]\[Pet Name - License Number].
