Description
This process manages the request, drafting, and review/approval of a new contract. An employee requests a new contract. This request is sent to the contract team who will draft the contact. Once drafted, the contract is sent for a series of approvals. If the contract is approved, the process ends. A contract folder is created at the beginning of this process and the folder's metadata is continuously updated throughout the process. Note that this is a sub-process of the full Contract Management System that is available only with Laserfiche Forms Professional.
