The Contract Management System provides a templated platform to automate several stages of a contract lifecycle. This solution is built out into several main modules that require both Laserfiche Forms and Workflow: New Contract, Contract Renewal, Contract Termination, Evidence of Insurance, and Contract Compliance. The process is moved forward with actions taken by users in Laserfiche Forms, where Workflow performs supporting activities such as applying document versioning, assigning tasks when contracts are due for renewal, updating contract status as it moves through the process, etc.Please review the documentation for details on each of the components involved in this process.

Uploaded contracts and content generated by the process are saved under: Business Process Library/Contracts/{letter of alphabet}/{name of contract}.
