Once a teacher/coach fills out the transportation request form, it is routed to either one or two principals (if a group from two schools will be attending the trip.) After the principal(s) review the request, it is routed for review by the board, if the trip will be out of state, or directly to the transportation department for approval. The approved request is saved to the repository and notifications go out to the relevant parties.
