Students can complete this evaluation survey for a course taught by a professor. The submitted professor evaluation form is sent to an administrative assistant who decides if the form needs to be reviewed by the professor's department head. If yes, the form is reviewed and commented on by the head of the department. The form (either with or without comments) is then emailed to the professor and saved to the repository.
Student: Submits anonymous evaluation
Administrative Assistant: Reviews evaluation and ensures that the professor information is correct. Also decides whether or not the evaluation needs to be reviewed by the professor's head of department.
Head of Department: Reviews evaluation and provides comments for the professor
