This form is filled out by someone requesting a certificate of completion, which could be applicable for a training for example. Once the form is submitted, it is sent to an administrator for review. The administrator can approve or deny the request. If the request is approved, Laserfiche Workflow generates the customized certificate and emails it to the requester.
Administrator: Reviews the certificate requests, determines what the certificate should be presented for, and approves or rejects it
Requester: Submits the form to request a certificate
Certificates are saved in \Business Process Library\Certificates\[Course Name]\[Requester Name].
