There are two parts to this process: "Company Visitor Notification Request and Scheduling" and "Front Desk Visitor Sign-in" process. The first part involves an employee filling out a company visitor request form. This form will be saved under the "Expected" folder under the specified meeting date in the repository. A calendar invite is also generated in this process and the employee has the choice of sending it out through Outlook. The second part of the process is initiated when a company visitor fills out the sign-in form, which is then sent to the front desk receptionist to verify. The receptionist can then assign/print a badge and will check out the visitor when the visitation concludes. The relevant forms will move correspondingly in the repository from the "Expected" folder to "Arrived", and finally to "Checked Out".
