Once the manager submits an employee evaluation, it is sent to the employee for review. The employee can add comments and then chooses to submit the evaluation as is or rejects it. It is then routed to the previously selected supervisor who either submits or rejects the evaluation. If the evaluation is rejected at any point, Forms notifies the HR Department via email and saves the form to a rejected folder in the repository. If the evaluation is submitted, HR receives an approval notification and the evaluation is stored in the employee's folder in the repository.

Rejected evaluations are saved in Business Process Library\Employee Evaluation Process\[Employee Department]\[Employee Name]\Rejected Evaluations. Accepted evaluations are stored in Business Process Library\Employee Evaluation Process\[Employee Department]\[Employee Name]\Evaluations.
