The Daily Employee Symptom Report solution enables faster pre-screening for employees and serves a critical measure to support continued safety at work. The solution allows employees to submit the daily symptom report online before starting work for the day. A human resources representative is notified by email if an employee has an elevated temperature, reports any symptoms or has come in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19. These employees are then notified via automated email to stay home and rest or recommended to work remotely.
Employee: Fills out the form daily to report any symptoms.
Human Resources representative: Receives the email notifications when an employee submits symptoms report.
Daily Symptoms Check: A form to be filled out by employees to report an elevated temperature, contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or any other COVID-related symptoms.
Symptomatic submissions are saved in \Business Process Library\Daily Symptom Checks\[Date].
Asymptomatic submissions are saved in a sub-folder under the date named "No Symptoms".
