The Employee Vaccination Records Submission and Management Process enables organizations — both private and public employers — to systematically collect employee vaccination status required to ensure workplace health and safety. The solution provides an easy and digital way for employees to self-report vaccination status and securely upload their government-issued proof of vaccination. This process can be used with additional workflows based on vaccination status and employer HR policy, such as enrolling unvaccinated employees in a weekly testing program. Records management security and retention policies can be applied to vaccination documentation per organization’s requirements.
