This process enables claimants to easily file automobile claims at any time and from any location using electronic forms. These forms have the capability to pre-populate personal information and policy details with an unique ID, thus reducing the need for manual data entry. Claimants will receive email notifications at different stages, ensuring they are aware of the claims' status and progress, or allowing them to make inquiries. The initial submission, along with supporting information, will then be routed to claims specialists or adjusters for review. This review process involves multiple team members and reviewers utilizing Laserfiche Forms Process. After final approval, settlement letters, acknowledgement letters, and other official documents will be auto-generated through mail merge and sent to the claimants.
