The Federal Assistance Program solution provides government agencies and non-profit organizations the ability to generate a webform to collect all pertinent information and documentation from an individual who is requesting financial assistance. This process is initiated when an eligible member of the public submits their personal information and required documentation. All information and required documents are automatically saved to the Laserfiche repository. Once submitted, authorized staff members review and determine the course of action. The applicant is then notified of approval or rejection and all forms are saved in the Laserfiche repository.
