The K-12 Incident Reporting process enables individuals including students, parents, teaching staff or any observers to digitally report incidents occurring related to a school or campus. Individuals can initiate the process by providing details about the incident and related parties involved through the electronic form. Submitters can optionally choose to submit anonymously or with personal contact information to support investigation and follow-up. After submission, a task will be automatically routed to a campus specialist for reviewing the form and eventually initiating incident investigation by passing the task to the school services department. To close the instance, specialist can end the task by logging all the investigation notes, taken actions and results.

By default, incident reports and supporting documents will be saved to \Solution Templates\Campus Administration\Incident Management\[School]\Incident Report – [School] [Date of Incident]
