The K-12 Student Registration and Enrollment process digitizes the student on-boarding cycle with a paginated Laserfiche Forms to digitally collect their personal information comprehensively. Sections include in-district transfer, siblings’ information, health condition, residency information and more. After submission, admission secretary will be assigned with a task automatically to review and approve the application, or request for more information. Student ID can be filled out by the secretary from other Student Information System or configured to automatically generated during the review process. This solution is available in English and Spanish.
