Description
This process is used to submit requests for ordering payment and/or travel cards. As soon as the form is submitted by the requestor, it sends a statement of responsibility to the requestor to sign. The process then routes to the department creator, department signer and back-office for review. After the back-office reviews it, the process automatically creates a text file that is sent to Citibank. This process eliminates the need for manual emails by auto generating email notifications along the way. This process integrates with a database in the backend to pull information onto the form.
