Description
The Student Change Process is used to submit requests for changing a student’s job title and/or payrate. As soon as the form is submitted by the hiring manager, it is routed to the HR Review team. After the HR review, the process automatically generates email notifications to the strategic partner and hiring manager. The process saves the submitted form and all the associated attachments as a single image in the repository. This process integrates with a database in the backend to pull information onto the form.
