This process submits Network Access Requests (NAR) for incoming and current employees. Once the form has been submitted, the process checks to see who has made the request. If a regular employee has made the request, the NAR will be assigned to their supervisor for approval. If not, the process will forward the NAR to the appropriate custodians for approval. Then, the NAR will be sent to the IT team for confirmation. Submitters will be notified of any rejections by email. This process allows up to 10 requests at a time and can pull information from each request to send to the corresponding custodian simultaneously.

All submitted forms and uploads will be saved to the repository using the following path: Solution Templates\Network Access Request\[Employee Name – Request Date]
