Description
This process provides an example of an integration with Google Cloud’s Sentiment Analysis API. The process is intentionally generic, with the aim of providing pieces that can be repurposed for a variety of business scenarios. It includes a basic form for users to submit some text and sends that text for analysis in a Web Request Rule. A Decision Table Rule takes the output and calculates a sentiment rating, which can be used to set a task priority when assigning a reviewer in the process.
