This process is initiated by a requestor submitting a work order request by filling out details and contact information on an e-form. The route is broken into multiple paths with three types of work orders for a resolution: facilities, user access and health & safety, depends on what the requestor has chosen. Automatic notifications and updated status will be sent to the requestor throughout the life of the work order. Facilities personnel can decide to put requests on-hold, follow up on periodically or cancel them. Closed request form and order details will all be stored in the central repository with template, fields and indexes empowered by workflows automation to locate the document to the appropriate folder for archival.
