This process is initiated by a representative from each long-term care facility such as retirement homes submitting the electronic form daily to report their personal protective equipment (PPE) supply and testing capacity. This automated process replaced the previous manual procedure that a member of incident management team would reach out to these facilities daily by phone to get the updates, which saved hours of the team. After the submissions, incident management team can review the forms in the repository or by using a simple dashboard that shows an overview of each facility immediately. This dashboard is simply another Laserfiche Form that compiles all information from the various submissions in one place. All submitted forms are automated stored and routed to an appropriate Laserfiche folder in the repository.
