Description
This yearly process allows managers to schedule staff performance reviews with automated reminders.
Pre-meeting questions can be set and sent to the staff member for completion to help frame the review and ensure adequate time for discussion. Staff responses are routed to their manager for review, saved to the Laserfiche repository for retention, and finally, a copy is sent via email to all stakeholders. During and after the review, a comment field is available for the manager’s comment, which is then appended to the responses and saved to the repository.
Salary changes can also be added via automatic email notifications sent to relevant stakeholders.
