Description
Enables submitters to easily file a maintenance request through an e-form that will be routed to someone to review the request. The reviewer can have the request be approved, required revision or rejected. Once approved, the reviewer can assign maintenance personnel. The maintenance personnel can record details of their changes and mark the task as complete. The requests are saved to the repository depending on the status outcome.
Participants
Worker: Fills out the initial maintenance request form and can optionally upload photos to detail the issue.
Manager: Determines if the maintenance request requires additional information, can be approved, assigned out someone in maintenance or reject the request
Maintenance: Details the maintenance work done and completes the task
