This process allows employees in an organization to request assistance from a particular department for a project. The department reviews the request and assigns it to a team member to complete. An integration pushes the tasks to a task tracking software, Planview AgilePlace (previously known as LeanKit). Once the request is complete, the assigned team member fills out the final details about the request, which will be stored and tracked in the repository. This is a generalized solution that can be tailored to the types of requests a particular department receives.

Requests and additional uploads are saved to \Solution Templates\Department Request\[Year of Submission]\Department Request – [Request Subtype] – [Final Request Title] Shortcuts are also created within \Solution Templates\Department Request\*By User\[Assigned Team Member] Created request folders are assigned the Department Request template
