This process is initiated when an employee submits the initial Bright Idea form. Once submitted, authorized staff members review and determine the course of action. The applicant is then notified of approval, rejection, or future consideration. All forms and supporting documents are saved in the Laserfiche Repository. If it is approved, a user task will be assigned to the staff member responsible for implementing the idea. After they have completed the implementation, an email will be sent to the initial submitter to complete the flow.

All the generated documents/saved forms will be stored in a folder in the repository. The location of the folder will depend on the approver’s decision. Solution Templates\Bright Ideas Submission\[Decision]
