This process enables individuals within an organization to request assistance from a specific department for their projects. The department reviews the request and assigns it to a team member for completion. An integration automatically pushes tasks to Microsoft Planner, a task tracking software. Once the request is complete, the assigned team member provides final details, which are then tracked in the repository. This is a generalized solution that can be customized to accommodate the different types of requests a particular department receives.

Requests and additional uploads are saved to \Solution Templates\Department Request\[Year of Submission]\Department Request – [Request Subtype] – [Final Request Title] Shortcuts are also created within \Solution Templates\Department Request\*By User\[Assigned Team Member] Created request folders are assigned the Department Request template
