Every year students take the Naglieri General Ability Test, an assessment for gifted students. These scores are sent to the school in a spreadsheet format to be mailed and distributed individually to the student's families. The Gifted and Talented Parent Report allows to easily load the scores through a workflow to create individual forms. The forms are automated to be sent accordingly to each student's families as an email attachment and a secured unique link for families to view digitally at any time. The process removes time and energy from mail merging the scores manually into a word document as well as printing each form, stuffing envelopes, creating address labels, and paying for postage to send through USPS.
