Using JavaScript, this solution captures the data from all fields submitted into a hidden field on the form. After submission, the workflow stores the data in SQL. The form can then be returned to a non-licensed user by sending a unique URL via email. The variables in the URL will populate a field to trigger a stored procedure, which pulls the collected data from SQL into a second multi-line field. The array within the JavaScript will then populate the fields with the last submitted values, allowing the end-user to make corrections to the original data.
