This process allows parents, students, additional guardians or campus staff to quickly and efficiently contact their student’s campus to report a previous or future absence. The form is reviewed by campus staff for accurate date and reason with required documentation for approval. If necessary, the campus can return the form to the parent for corrections. Campus staff can also submit the form on behalf of a parent for immediate approval.
