This process is for government entities looking to easily track and resolve public issues, such as potholes and broken street lights, that are reported by citizens. It includes steps for reviewing, resolving, and responding to the constituent’s submission.
Participants
Department Head: Resolves the reported issue or reassigns it to the appropriate team member
Citizen: Reports the issue
Administrator: Communicates with the citizen and assigns the reported issue to the relevant department

The reported issues that are approved and resolved will be stored in the following folder: Business Process Library\Report a Public Issue\Resolved.
