A manager or recruiter will submit a new hire information form, which will then be sent to Human Resources to review and begin the preboarding process for a new hire. Once approved, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facilities will complete their respective preboarding tasks. After all three parties have completed their tasks, the manager will be notified.
Human Resources Specialist: Reviews the new hire data form and schedules orientation
Facilities Staff: Sets up the workspace for the new hire
Information Technology Staff: Sets up the equipment and system accounts for the new hire
Manager/Recruiter: Submits the new hire data form
Approved forms will be stored in the Business Process Library\New Hire Preboarding folder.
