A citizen reports the location of graffiti, which can be captured immediately onsite if submitted through a mobile device. The report is then reviewed by the city supervisor before being routed to an inspector. If the inspector determines that the graffiti is located on a public property, then the city dispatches a cleaning crew to remove the graffiti. If the graffiti is on a private property, the property owner is notified to clean it up. Once the inspector's decision is made, the form is saved in the repository.
