Badge Replacement Request
Laserfiche After an employee requests a replacement ID badge, Information Technology (IT) is notified to deactivate the previous badge and create a new one. The employee is then notified to pick up the new badge from Human Resources and the request form is finally saved to the repository.

Participants
Employee: Submits badge replacement request and is notified when the new badge is ready for pick up
Information Technology Employee: Notified to deactivate the employee's previous badge and create a new badge
Human Resources Employee: Approves badge replacement request and holds new badge until employee picks it up
