Once a manager submits the notice that an employee intends to leave the company, human resources schedules an exit interview with the employee. The employee is automatically emailed an exit questionnaire to fill out before the interview. Then, Information Technology is notified to cancel the employee's accounts and collect company property from the employee. Once the interview takes place, the questionnaire and any notes taken during the interview are archived in the repository.
