Once the transcript arrives at the Registrar’s Office in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution, the registrar opens the envelope, fills out information regarding the transcript, scans and uploads the transcript and submits the File Transcript form. The registrar then performs a name check in the student information system to check if the student is enrolled in the university. If no student is found, the name check task will repeat in one week until the student is enrolled or if 30 days have passed. The transcript is then sent to staff for evaluation. Once the evaluation is finished, the transcript is saved in the Laserfiche repository and the student is notified.

The Transcript Evaluation forms and scanned official transcripts from enrolled students are stored in Business Process Library\Transcript Evaluation\[Last Name], [First Name].
