Description
The employee submits the out of office notification form, and then an email is sent to the alternate contact notifying them of the employee's upcoming absence, if specified. Laserfiche Workflow sets an automatic out of office reply on the employee's Microsoft Exchange account and notifies any additional specified users.

Alternate Contact: Specified as an alternate contact for the submitter while they are out of office
Users to Notify: Emailed that the submitter is out of office
Submitter: Submits the out of office notification
Additional Considerations
Microsoft Exchange Account: This process uses Laserfiche Workflow to write an out of office message to the submitter's Microsoft Exchange Account.
