Once an applicant submits the application form, it is reviewed by the intake worker. The intake worker schedules an interview with the applicant, if one is needed. Once the interview with the intake worker is over, the case worker reviews the application and interview notes, and schedules another interview, if needed. The applicant is then notified of approval or rejection and all forms are saved in the Laserfiche repository.

Applicant: Submits the SNAP application form and attends any scheduled interviews
Case Worker: Reviews the SNAP application, schedules another interview with the applicant if necessary, and makes the final decision about the application
