This process is built to aid in the storage, retrieval, and publication of court case files. When imported, case files will be organized in a prebuilt folder structure. Once a user submits a form to request access to certain case files, another user is notified to redact the requested case files prior to their release. This process assumes all users have access to the repository and Laserfiche Forms.

Submitted case file request forms will be stored in the Business Process Library\Court Case File Compilation\File Request Submissions folder. Imported case files will be stored in the Business Process Library\Court Case File Compilation\1. Case Files—Official\Case File – [CASE NUMBER] folder. As a file request is processed, it will progress through the 2. Case Files – Pending Redaction and 3. Case Files – Distributed folders.
