Legal Document Approval
Laserfiche Once a legal document is submitted to the legal team, it goes through a three-step review and approval process by the legal team members. After the review, the document will either be declined, returned to the submitter with comments for suggested changes, or approved and executed. Approved and declined documents are saved into their corresponding folders in the repository. For certain document types, a reminder is sent 30 or 120 days before the contract or term end date.
