This process allows a hiring manager to suggest interview questions, recommend an interview panel, and communicate with HR to schedule candidate interviews. HR then reviews the questions and uses the form to schedule interviews. Each panelist then gets a task assigned to them with the approved questions to use during the interview to document their feedback. The beauty of the process is that it uses JavaScript to update the field labels with each interview question.
