Auto OCR by CDI offers the ability to scan a Laserfiche Repository as a scheduled task and automatically index and OCR newly added documents. This scheduled task is configured by the administrator and runs daily with no user interaction. Once Auto OCR is set up, users can allow it to run, knowing their new documents will be indexed and OCR’d behind the scenes.
